$199.00 LITE Inspection: A budget-friendly option focused primarily on professional mold testing. It includes a phone consultation, a surface-level visual review of customer-identified areas, professional sample collection and laboratory-report interpretation, but does not include moisture-meter readings or advanced water-damage investigation.

$69.00: A measured volume of air is collected to identify and quantify airborne mold spores at a specific indoor or outdoor location. The fee includes professional collection and laboratory analysis.

$69.00 : Used when an additional collection method or expanded laboratory analysis is appropriate to detect the presence of certain types of particulates such as pollen animal dander, insect parts and other allergy causing particulates. This is an additional surcharge employed on top of the mold sample.

$59.00 : A specialized adhesive collection surface is used to lift suspected mold or other material directly from a visible area for laboratory examination. The fee includes professional collection and laboratory analysis.

$59.00 a sterile Q-Tip type swab is used to determine whether suspicious material is actually mold or mineral deposits or possibly dirt

.75/Mile Travel within 20 miles each way from downtown Duluth is included. The mileage surcharge applies to additional round-trip mileage beyond that included service area.

$49.00 The cost to send the samples to the lab with rapid freight. The lab report is typically returned within a few business days.
